Contact the agency at the port of origin, to reserve space on the vessel.
Provide a copy of the Vehicle Registration Document (VRD) of the vehicle and the data of shipper and receiver (VAT number, full name, address and telephone number).
Upon arrival, please contact the destination agency to pick up the Bill of Lading (BL), 
in order to pick up your vehicle at the port.
It can be carried out both at the agency of origin and at the agency of destination. It is still possible through bank transfer,  but please note that the agencies do not have ATM services.
Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00.

No. The vehicle is on deck at the risk of the owner of the car. There is the possibility of taking out a transport insurance, under your responsibility.
